Family Promise of the Coastal Empire Promotes Tomlinson-Kersey to Director of Programs and Services

We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Heather Tomlinson-Kersey to Director of Programs and Services at Family Promise of the Coastal Empire. Heather has been an integral part of our team for the past four years, consistently demonstrating her commitment to helping families overcome obstacles and succeed.


Heather attended Georgia Southern University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a minor in Gerontology. Her passion for service is evident through her two years as a National Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for children in foster care, as well as her volunteer work at Hospice and a Senior Living Community. Heather’s dedication to helping others shines through in all aspects of her life, both professionally and personally.


In her spare time, Heather enjoys volunteering, reading, hiking, attending concerts, and spending time with her children and grandson. Her well-rounded interests and compassionate nature make her a perfect fit for this leadership role.
